Return Policy



If something is not right with your Rowdy Soul purchase, please contact our customer service immediately at for assistance and we will do our best to resolve the issue! 


Returns Criteria

Refunds will be issued if it meets all of our returns criteria.


  • We accept all returns within 40 days of the purchase date.  If 40 days have passed since the purchase date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.


  • Returns available only if item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item received.


  • The following items are non-refundable:
    • Health items
    • Personal care items
    • Items marked as SALE or CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE
    • Original shipping charges


  • The Returns Form must accompany the return item.


Completing a Return

  1. Email our customer service at to request a Returns Form.  This form is required for all returns.


  1. Complete the Returns Form and include in your return item package.

  1. Insure the return item as you see fit with tracking capability, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail


  1. Review our Returns Criteria above to ensure the item(s) are eligible for return.


  1. Once we receive your return and inspect, we will send you a notification email that your return item has been received and whether the return item qualifies for a refund.


  1. If you have not received a response or your refund within 14 days, email us at or check the tracking of your package.



  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in the mail so please track and insure your package as you feel necessary.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Terms and Conditions

  • Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the return item.
  • All Returns are inspected and we reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. 
  • You will receive an email once we receive and inspect the return item.  Refund approval or denial will be noted in your email.
  • Returns approved for refund will be processed within 7-14 business days with a credit applied to your original method of payment.
